The Downtown Merchants Association has been working on plans for the 2022 Castle Rock Restaurant Week, a multi-day celebration of local cuisine in our community. The culinary celebration will focus on restaurants offering a full three-course meal, which could include a main, dessert, appetizer, happy hour special, etc. Featured foods will be items not normally on participating restaurants’ regular menu.
